A long walk in the Spring rain,
Clears the cobwebs from my brain.
The pure pleasure of a rapid walk,
Of deep breathing,
Makes me want to talk to a close friend,
Of similar mind understanding, gentle and kind.
Discussing nature, the beauty of Spring,
We may whistle together, or even sing.
It’s joyful to walk briskly together.
It strengthens your muscles, in all type of weather.
Spring rain falls softly on your head,
You simply don’t mind getting wet.
